Network by Smartalk. All calls billed in 3 minute increments. Due to the billing increment the maximum cost for a one minute local, interstate, or intrastate call is $.33. Cards expire 6 months from activation or on 12/31/2002, whichever occurs first. Cards are not rechargeable. If customer is unable to resolve a complaint by way of customer service, then customer has the right to contact the state regulatory agency in the state where the card was purchased. Neither network provider nor distributor is responsible for lost or stolen cards. Customer is responsible for safeguarding cards against theft or loss. Cards terminating at wireless receivers in certain countries may be charged a higher rate. Rates are subject to change without notice. An FCC mandated surcharge of $0.75 may apply when calling from pay phone. A Weekly maintenance fee of $0.49 may apply one week after the first call.
